Where is my order?

What should I do if my order shows as delivered but isn't there?
- Double-check the shipping address: Make sure the address on your order confirmation matches where you expected the package.
- Look around: Check for the package around your doorstep, mailbox, building lobby, or with a neighbor who might have accepted it for you.
- Wait a few days: Sometimes tracking can be delayed. Allow 3 business days after the marked delivery date for your package to arrive.
If your package still hasn't arrived after 3 business days:

Does Feather & Stitch offer free US shipping?
Free ground shipping is offered on all U.S. orders over $30. Shipping options and timelines are displayed at checkout. Please note we currently do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canada due to high shipping costs.
What is your return policy?
Not a perfect fit? No worries! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you're not happy, simply return most items within 30 days of purchase. A $8.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund. You can choose between a refund to your original payment method or store credit. After all, your satisfaction is our priority and you deserve products you love.

Do Feather & Stitch sheets wrinkle easily?
Our sheets are made with 100% natural cotton, which may wrinkle over time. However, with each wash, they become softer and more wrinkle-resistant. For minimal wrinkling, we recommend line drying or removing them promptly from the dryer.
